I had a good weekend. On sunday, i finally managed to exercise after like almost a year. I played badminton and I was surprise that my arm wasn't dislocated. Each time when i play badminton, I can feel my shoulder bone dislocate..god knows why. and these days i wan to play badminton badly. don't know why.

on monday, i woke up with a bad body ache and my arms hurt like hell. i can't even carry a glass of water. but then n/m...

went to marmalade....ellie's sister cafe in kiara. da place, i have to admit was nice..( and so was her sister ) unfortunely the food is too healthy for me. ( can't blame it since it's supposely to be a healthy cafe. i ordered burger and guess wat..it did not comes with fries

da burger was big but....it wasn't nice. no fat no salt and it was TOO healthy for me.

but i have to say, da cake was delicious but unfortunely i was too full. Oh yeah, the mushroom thingy was good.

in the evening, i was doing my work and trying to tie my deferred tax....and after a couple of hour, I DID IT. but thanks to shenn for some help.

and after tat...my good friend, pilot twisted his leg. so i went to fetch him to da chinese doctor, to untwist his vein. normal people would shout when they are in pain but know pilot, he laugh in pain. mad fella.
